15 Keto Diet Plan Dinners

 

As a small reminder, a ketogenic diet used for losing weight and is a combination between 5 – 10 % low – carbohydrates, 20 – 25 % moderate proteins and 70 – 75 % high fats

 

Having a ketogenic diet doesn’t mean that you have to suffer, there are plenty of ideas on how to have a delicious meal also, like the ones we will present now:

 

  1. Spicy Italian Keto Stuffed Peppers

 

This recipe combines is a mix of Italian ingredients like sausages (which can also be vegan), cherry tomato, mushrooms, cauliflower, oregano, coriander or basil and salt

2. Doner Kebab Salad

This recipe is combined with 3 parts.

The Red Cabbage Salad is made from red cabbage, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and onion powder.

The Tabbouleh Salad has tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, mint, onions, lemon juice and olive oil

Chicken should be mixed with Greek yogurt, garlic, and spices like cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, lemon, olive oil, and tomato paste

3. Keto Butter Chicken

This is a simple recipe, that it takes only 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook. It has chicken breast, whipping cream, butter, tomato paste, garlic, onion and as for spices it uses turmeric, ginger, chili, cinnamon, and salt

 

4. Zoodles with Avocado Sauce

To make the Zoodles you need Zucchini, Avocado, Fresh Basil, Cherry Tomatoes, Lemon Juice, Salt and Water. It is a delicious vegan recipe.

 

5. Chicken Taco Salad

This Mexican recipe you can try at home has cabbage, red onions, jalapenos, cheese, cream sauce, cilantro and of course chicken. Everything to be seasoned with  vinaigrette, salt, and olive oil

6. Fathead Pizza

It takes only 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook it. The crust is not a classical one, but a very special ketogenetic one. It has in its composition Almond Flour, Cream cheese, Mozzarella, Egg and Psyllium Husk. As toppings you can use anything that is allowed in the diet like peppers, mushroom, broccoli, meat, cheese or olives.

7. Bacon & Egg Sandwich

This is a very simple and delicious recipe to take away for your lunch box. You have to prepare it in the oven for a more delicious taste. Choose good quality bread, leave the bacon some minutes for the fat to enter into the bread and use also an omelet. If you would like, you can also add tomatoes and lettuce.

8. Sheet Pan Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

This is also a very fast recipe you can do at home, in just 10 minutes. All you need are bacon, brussels sprouts, salt, and pepper. Prepare your pan, put some oil on it in order not to burn the food, through everything inside and leave it in the oven for 30 minutes. Very fast, very delicious.

9.Easy Keto Cashew Chicken

It only takes 15 minutes to prepare and 10 to cook. All you need is chicken, coconut oil, raw cashews, green pepper, ginger, vinegar, chili, garlic, sesame oil, onion, salt, and pepper.

10. Keto Broccoli Cheese Soup

This is an absolutely delicious soup that you can prepare it in only 5 minutes by mixing Broccoli, Cheese, Butter, Onion, Celery, Chicken Broth, Cream, Salt and Pepper. If you add just a pinch of xanthan gum it will be more creamy. It is optional though.

11.Tenderloin with Horseradish Cream Cheese

A delicious idea with chicken and horseradish, that is quite easy to make. One one side you need beef steaks, salt, pepper and olive oil. And on the other one cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley and of course horseradish

 

12. Lemon & Rosemary Chicken

This comes from the Tuscany Area in Italy and it is more delicious than it sounds. You need to add chicken breast, salt, pepper and canola oil with shallot, rosemary, chicken broth, lemon juice, and butter. It is to be cooked in the oven for at least 30 minutes and leave it to rest for 15 minutes afterward, in order for the juices and the rosemary to enter the meat

 

 

13. Tenderloin Steak Diane

It will take you half an hour to make somebody happy and try to cook this amazing recipe. There are a few ingredients inside: beef steaks, seasoning, butter, mushrooms, broth, cream, parsley, salt, and pepper. You can fry it in the pan or cook it in the oven, is up to you. Aside, you can prepare a low carbohydrates salad, like lettuce, tomatoes and peppers. Quite simple, but effective

14. Baked Keto Chicken Tenders in Buffalo Sauce

This is absolutely delicious. It is so good, that you won’t even believe it is a diet recipe! Even the most pretentious children will adore it. All you need to do is to cut the chicken and roast it in a bowl which has almond flower, eggs, whipping cream, salt, and pepper. Roast it well on both sides and fry it afterward and then prepare the buffalo sauce.

15. Buttery Grilled Shrimp

Last, but not least we want to introduce the Buttery Grilled Shrimp Recipe, that takes only 25 minutes to prepare. You need to melt the butter first. In a bowl mix lemon juice, chili, ginger, salt,      and shrimps. After the sauce is ready, put the shrimps inside and fry it in the butter just 3-5 minutes.
